  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1½ cups shredded parmesan cheese (divided)

Step 1: Prepare Seafood

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add shrimp and scallops. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and scallops begin to brown.

Step 2: Mix Ricotta Layer
